D\u00e9tach\u00e9e de Swissair, sur le d\u00e9clin, l\u2019entit\u00e9 fond\u00e9e par Franz Bucher et Richard Frei rev\u00eat d\u2019abord la forme d\u2019une association. \u00c0 peine deux ans apr\u00e8s, Carelink devient une fondation, soumise \u00e0 la surveillance des autorit\u00e9s f\u00e9d\u00e9rales. Un jalon dans son jeune parcours. Les Chemins de fer f\u00e9d\u00e9raux suisses CFF, son premier client, lui apporteront un soutien d\u00e9cisif \u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts et continueront de jouer un r\u00f4le crucial pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. Les CFF ont permis \u00e0 Carelink d\u2019\u00e9merger tout en \u00e9tant un compagnon de route fiable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre-temps, une importante organisation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e s\u2019est constitu\u00e9e et compte 190 clients dans une vingtaine de secteurs \u00e9conomiques et publics. La fiabilit\u00e9, l\u2019excellence et la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 \u00e0 tout moment ont toujours guid\u00e9 nos actions et form\u00e9 l\u2019assise d\u2019un succ\u00e8s inscrit dans la durabilit\u00e9 et la stabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re. Au fil des ann\u00e9es, notre vaste \u00e9ventail de formations a, lui aussi, fortement gagn\u00e9 en importance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, 14 personnes s\u2019investissent \u00e0 la g\u00e9rance, \u00e0 Glattbrugg, et environ 350 dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe des volontaires qui comprend, entre autres, des psychologues d\u2019urgence et des caregivers. Cette force vive permet \u00e0 Carelink d\u2019accomplir quelque 400 interventions par an pour accompagner des personnes apr\u00e8s des \u00e9v\u00e8nements \u00e9prouvants. Cette contribution est indispensable pour ses clients et leurs employ\u00e9s, et finalement aussi pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Pour nous, elle est une source de fiert\u00e9 et un devoir \u00e0 la fois.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organisation d\u2019intervention et d\u2019assistance psychosociale, Carelink est soucieuse de la qualit\u00e9 de son encadrement lors d\u2019urgences dans les entreprises et les institutions. Du reste, la notion de \u00ab care \u00bb s\u2019est fortement \u00e9tendue ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Maintenant, la pr\u00e9vention en entreprise englobe aussi des volets comme la gestion de la sant\u00e9 au travail, le <em>care management <\/em>lors d\u2019accidents professionnels et les prestations de conseil lors de probl\u00e8mes financiers ou de r\u00e9insertions professionnelles. Autour de ces prestations d\u2019assistance gravite d\u00e9sormais un march\u00e9 qui touche aussi notre c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces \u00e9volutions, dans notre champ d\u2019activit\u00e9 et au-del\u00e0, nous am\u00e8nent \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier la strat\u00e9gie et les grands axes de Carelink pour l\u2019exercice 2026 afin d\u2019ajuster plus finement encore notre orientation \u00e0 long terme.
