A traumatic experience can take a toll on a person. That is why Carelink has set up an emergency hotline for customers who have included this service in their agreement. The person affected can call directly and receive immediate psychological assistance over the phone as quickly as possible. The caller’s information will be kept strictly confidential.

This psychological support is not a substitute for psychotherapy and is intended solely for acute stress, as a supplement to our on-site care interventions.
